OUR HISTORY
Created in 2009, OLEA Conseils is an emerging company in the Olive Oil sector and its
connected activities.
Our story started in 2014 with the creation of the first independent Virgin Olive Oil
Tasting Panel Recognized by the International Olive Council.
Since that time, we have developed strong relationships with local and international
partners. Today we are offering a wide range of services for professionals and nonprofessionals who are passionate about learning about sensory and chemical analysis,
project management, consulting, and trainings.
Our mission is to participate in scientific, economic, and sociel development and
ensuring respect for the fundamental value of sustainable development, local
specifities, the protection of the environment and universal ethics.

FOUNDER
Dr Sonda Laroussi is an international olive oil expert. She is a table olives and virgin
olive oil sensory analysis trainer.
She has already trained, supported and assisted several sensory analysis laboratories
from the creation to IOC recognition and the accreditation (ISO 17025).
She is the founder & the panel leader of the first private panel in tunisia « Olea
Conseils » laboratory. today Olea Conseils » is a technical center dedicated for olive oil
analysis, studies and training.
She is the co-founder and the CEO of ‘220 an agritech startup that Connects Olive
Oil traders and producers and works to enhance the olive oil quality and the farmer’s
livelihoods. She is very active in the olive oil sector and the education of the producers,
consumers and children about olive oil culture, quality and tasting.
